Sales Representative / Account Manager (Remote)

Job responsibilities:

• Receive and analyze the feasibility of distributors’ projects
• Estimate non-standard requests
• Prepare files for order processing
• Provide excellent customer service to distributors and respond to their inquiries
• Train and equip distributors to use our quoting platform and product guide
• Follow up on orders with factories
• Solve issues and find alternatives to satisfy distributors, negotiate if necessary

Desired profile:

• Technical understanding of furniture and assembly
• Knowledge in construction/ability to read a tape measure
• At least 2 years of experience in the cabinetry field (an asset)
• Proficient in Suite Office
• Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written
• Problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and organization

Type of employment: Full-time

Compensation: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
