We may share your Personal Information without your consent when our business transactions require it. In such circumstances, we may also share some or all of your Personal Information with the relevant third party (or its advisors) for due diligence process purposes.

For other purposes, with your consent

Where you have expressly consented, your Personal Information may be shared with other third parties. For example, there may be specific instances where additional terms apply and through these, we make it clear that specific third parties are processing your Personal Information.

We may include third-party links or functionalities on the Platform or services that we do not control, for example, if you use an integrated feature of Google or social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), such as Facebook Messenger’s instant chat feature. This may include implementing robust and effective security measures. In addition, Ateliers Jacob will ensure that your Personal Information is adequately protected by appropriate technical, organizational or other legal means. If you would like more information about these security measures, please contact us as outlined in the “How to Contact Us” section.
