Farmhouse Kitchens

Our kitchen designer Ariane collaborated with our customers to create a custom kitchen that reflects the essence of their cottage nestled in the Laurentians. The result is an elegant, timeless Farmhouse kitchen that exudes life.

From the warm colour of the cabinets in our Wood collection to the natural stone countertop, every detail was carefully selected to create a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.

Design and Materials

In this kitchen, every element has been carefully selected. Cabinets from Ateliers Jacob’s Lacquer and Wood collection were chosen with delicate moldings to create a modern, timeless Farmhouse aesthetic.

The magnificent Eternal Calacatta gold countertop adds a touch of elegance, with its veining that blends perfectly with the cabinets. The properties of this premium material make it a perfect choice for those looking to add a touch of sophistication to the heart of their home.

For the backsplash, our designer chose a retro ceramic that adds timeless charm to this kitchen, without stealing the show from the superb cabinets.  The floor, adorned in subtle, shifting tones of gray, seamlessly complements the room and highlights the wooden island, the room’’s centerpiece.

Configuration

In a kitchen, layout is essential to maximize efficiency and functionality. An L-shaped configuration is particularly popular, as it makes intelligent use of space and creates an efficient workflow. With this layout, work areas are close together, minimizing unnecessary travel and enabling faster food preparation.

Furthermore, cabinets that extend all the way to the scullery provide ample storage space for crockery, utensils and cooking tools, making the L-shaped layout is a wise choice for a functional and elegant kitchen.
